Any one else having problems posting photos ? the text show, but I get a message that the "upload folder is full" I've resized,

made sure it's a JPEG etc, still doesn't work  ???

Some one suggested I contact Ron "computerworks"  now is not the time to contact him.

Can some one else resolve this ?

1109RWHP, great find on the J-car  8)

propayne, is it possible that could be at Kar Kraft, where the car was built ? I'll look in my Kar Kraft book maybe there are better

shots of the building.

Mike

ps: I thought the guy in the pic was familiar ! that I'm pretty sure is Ron Fournier, worked on the J-Car at Kar Kraft, he later

jumped ship and went to Penske as the chief fabricator.

Jim P, sorry for not replying sooner, thanks for your answer, and added photos, I am in agreement with you that this is P/1049 in

the photo in my post #39 above. It matches with the information in my 4th ( 2008) edition of the registry .

I'm not sure about the Cobra, but Peart had a number of cars, most were silver, Aston Martin, Jag XKE, '63 Corvette coupe & a

Maserati Ghibli, were ones I know of. He had a great collection of model cars as well.

I've gone through my paper, computer files, and internet, but can't find any info for a GT40 with this license plate.

Could this be William Wonder's GT/103 ? it did carry that race number a couple of times.

Obviously some where in the states, by the cars in the back ground.

Tony, no problem, I've deleted my post as well, this should be an interesting thread, some pretty wild concepts, especially from the

'50s, we were all supposed to be the Jetson's today !

A lot going on with this '67 (not a '69  ::)  boy that was some serious brain fade on my part  :o ) ! !  past my bed time when I

posted that ! Is it in Japan ?

Tony, what I meant in my earlier post is that for me anyhow, a lot of the earlier "Photobucket" posts in this thread are blurred.
