White House officials told the Ford team that the president recently saw the Hollywood blockbuster "Ford v Ferrari" and was interested in seeing the Ford GT cars. So Ford arranged to have three vehicles at the plant during the visit, one from the Le Mans era, one from 2005-06 and a 2020 GT, said Mark Truby, Ford chief communications officer.

Right when the president arrived at the plant, before any public events, Trump and Bill Ford Jr. talked about the race cars.

"Bill personally showed the president the FGTs and was able to recount some stories about Ford at Le Mans and the development of the vehicles," said Truby, who was in earshot of the conversation.

Ford has told the owners that if they decimate/distribute/copy/show/share etc  a copy of anything to do with ordering and purchasing a NFGT that they maybe held accountable in a court of law - That was a big thing when they first came out over on that fordgtforum - Anybopdy that posted anything about price, terms, etc. was immediately removed from the forum.

Hey Ford - Its called KARMA and its a bitch. You idiots screwed up the NFGT allotment system so bad and forgot those of us FGT owners that still are the original owners of 05/06 FGT's (that you all promised you would not forget). As they say in politics, the fix was in from the start.
