Met Sammy years ago in St. Louis he loves St. Louis Missouri and the radio station KSHE-95   I follow him on Instagram and I think he's pretty awesome especially for his age!LOL he's been doing some new stuff on lockdown with the band Chicken Foot  and it's awesome.

Concours Talk / Re: valve cover gasket

Thank you Jeff for link .   Makes more sense to me now.   Doing a little detailing on one of the survivors and had valve covers off was questioning them being replaced..

Concours Talk / Re: oil pan drain plug
March 01, 2020, 05:29:04 PM
Not to get off topic too much but.  John,  I think the experts will advise the oil pan bolts will have a shadow of how the paint was sparayed and should see some slightly lighter or bare metal toward inner part around bolts and pan .  Also  do you have the correct oil pan with correct baffle as Ed meyer helped advise me and I have had correct baffle made...

Drew, fixed my carb on my drag pack car that one of the restorers we are talking about seemed have missed when he restored. I think He is being professional right now and not commenting  on the issue I had as he knows who did my carb.  ;)    Drew was is fast and fair with great communication..
