I watched it last year at Cinerama Dome Hollywood. The same theater I saw it in originally, in 1967, as a kid. Very cool to see it again in wide format.

IMO it's better than a decent movie. Great footage from Monaco, for instance.  And who doesn't like James Garner?  (His Pete Aron character's personal car is a '66 GT350.)

What's the secret, Tony?

Got mine in SoCal today.  I'm eager to begin reading the ten gazillion pages of info.  Great work, everyone!

Even Carroll likes it!

I HAVE TRIED POSTING THE PHOTO SIX TIMES, BUT IT'S STILL UPSIDE DOWN.

So, flip your monitor over and have a look.

Very sorry to hear!  Condolences to his family and friends.

Thanks guys. That gives me the info I was curious about.

I figured it would not be consistent in the number of completed cars, but that's quite a spread.

Thanks, I figured that would give an approximate.

I'm curious if any of the diligent historians here has a daily production sheet, or similar doc.

Reading everyone's excellent sleuthing of the French film at S-A shot in March '66, it makes me wonder:

On an average day, with no major screw-ups or parts delays, how many cars rolled off the line per day in '66 and '67?

And the difference between "worth less" and "worthless".

Received mine today, NC.  Wow, just love it.  Makes you want to go out and purchase a '68!  Great job to everyone involved.  :)

'68s are super cool... ;) ;D

A former work buddy of mine was a student on campus at the time, but not in the immediate area.  He said they heard what sounded like shots, but nobody knew what to do.  No protocols, as in more recent years.

I sold a car on BaT last year and all went very smoothly.  Respectful reader comments/questions, and a fast-paying buyer (nice guy too.)

Of course, it helped that my car was realistically priced (reasonable reserve $) and was honestly represented, with nearly 100 photos/videos, docs, old photos, etc.

I worked with my BaT rep to make sure the description was detailed enough. It needed to be lengthy as there was a lot to cover. Their first draft of the description left out a bunch of pertinent info. But, the rep was easy to work with and quick to respond.

The selling price turned out to be pretty close to my estimate (a hair under, but close enough.)

I may have had an extraordinarily good experience, but I would do it again.

That is a true act of mastery, Bob!
