Check out Tony Conover in Hanover, PA. for the valance and the ducts. Shelby Parts has the brake cooling parts as well. You need cooling plates on the brakes to make this all work. Or you could just buy my car and be done... :)

Jim at Shelby Parts has the cooling ducts that do not tie directly to the cooling plates. Again, the cooling parts I am discussing here are the oval style - outboard of the frame rail.

I can get you all the pictures you want of this set up.

Kind regards,

John

If you are going for period correct, better buy a ground cable from Marti now, wind it up on a piece of 1" copper pipe real tight, zip tie it and stash it for two years. You will have a perfect pigtail ground cable.

"The book starts off with a complete chronology from birth to death and ends with the eulogy delivered by the author's father and a never-before assembled race record. Miles second-place finish at the 1966 Le Mans was mired in controversy. This book goes some distance toward clarification. Interspersed throughout are articles from period publications. The scrapbook is held together with text by the author, a close friend of Miles and his family."

SAC, off Diagonal Highway in Boulder. is a jaw drop - head turn - wow and a half. Checked out 5R002 when it was there, as they found it in Mexico. Blessed to have met Phil Remington, Dan Gerber, Bob Bondurant and others there. Very lucky to have toured the shop that supports the museum. GT40 and Cobra's in progress, Cobra hard top wood buck, body bucks. a pile of T-10's and instead of eating pizza Phil presses some bushings into a few T-10 castings. Met him once, but it was obvious he was a special guy. Back at the museum, you have all seen the velvet covered ropes. Donations are tossed around and several one-off's are started and the exhaust blows the velvet ropes completely horizontal....never mind the incredible note...the crowd goes wild...wonderful time and if your lucky you just might win a new 2020 GT500.

If you are into Shelby's you just got to go, and go to the big gathering

This exact same thing occurred to me on a toploader sale.  They intercept a company's check in the mail, photoshop it, sent me way over what I was asking, with instructions to "pay the mover" who is picking up the transmission. I politely told them to GTH.

California is heaven for car guys. Nothing like driving the coast from San Fran to LA in a drop top Mustang with a full moon just in time to make a 8am flight back to friggin' ChiTown.

ONCE UPON A TIME....I went from Ukiah and tried to get to Mendocino - through the Lost Coast - UNBELIEVABLE TOPOGRAPHY - down Low Gapp Road - never got to Mendocino - anyone interested in that story, give me a call. I have since been told others who have tried to do what I did were never seen again. I know why....
