Great work on the site.  The Conelec EFI is super cool can't wait to see the completed engineering package.

I missed the auction live and have been looking online for the video with no luck.  Certainly a beautiful car and I feel the purchase price is representative of the rarity.  I have a 67 K code GT fastback in Acapulco Blue with Black deluxe interior , both consoles, and non fold down.  Very nice accident free been sitting since early 80's.  Its another project car of mine I hope to get to one day this auction got my interest going again.

Ford GT / Re: 310 mph Ford GT

Curious what unlimited track availability could show?  How much past 300mph can a stock body GT go?

Great car.  Pretty sure the 67 K's made less than .002 of total production in 1967

The color combo is terrific

Ford GT / Re: How many guys own both

I have an 06 GT and wanted one with less than 500 miles, that is what I got and love the car.  If I had to do over again I would look for one with more miles, say under 30K.  Don't think I'd be seeking for a car with stories, accident history etc.

The Lounge / Re: Question = The new Maverick Trucks
December 06, 2022, 07:19:31 AM
I just purchased a new Maverick for an employee.  Got it here in PA.......NO MARKUP.  Prior to that in the last 6 months I purchased a new F250 and Ranger both at $5K over sticker.

Apple Ford in Red Lion PA was the no markup dealer

Appeals / Re: Rear brake drum swap
December 05, 2022, 01:42:45 PM
Thanks All - I may have posted a bit early before taking accurate measurements.  I do have 2" brakes on backing plates 71805 and 71806.  Anyone know what the application make and model they are used on?

Appreciate your correspondence

Kind Regards

Appeals / Re: Rear brake drum swap

I guess what I'm asking is can the original backing plates stay and use 2" drums?  The 1 3/4 drums are trash and was just looking into using the 2" if possible. Also the rear is a 1967  not 1969

Appeals / Rear brake drum swap
December 03, 2022, 12:14:06 PM
I have a 1969 9" rear with 10x1/34 drums.  Can I swap them out for 10x2" drums?  Will the backing plate accept this change?

1966 Shelby GT350/GT350H / Traction Master options

How effective are the Traction Masters for daily driving?  Seems CalTracks would be a better street alternative but are they more designed for track use?
