Tusk, do you plan on doing sweatshirts?   Either crew neck or hoodie.

I have a few hoodies on there. I can definitely do some crew necks. Any specific requests?

Just curious; are you paying copy rights to Ford and GM?

Yes, I've obtained licensing through them.

Ordered my GT500 shirt, let me know when the '70 Camaro is ready.

Thanks! Almost done with it. Sorry, it's been a crazy week.

Love the entrepreneurial spirit, good luck !

How about a Shelby GT350 race car side profile, preferably '65/'66.

I have this one here: https://barnfindapparel.com/products/shelby-g-t-350r-t-shirt

Is that what you are wanting?

Me, too.

(Oh no - not those words! ;) )

Looks like a good idea - I hope you do well!

Only suggestion would be to increase your base price to $28.13 and call it "Free Shipping" for standard orders.

Then if buyers want it faster, they can pay a bit more for the service.

Great advice. I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks everybody!

Hey all,

I recently started designing shirts and I just launched my website. I have a few shirts on there now (mostly Shelby since I am quite biased) but I'm adding shirts daily.

I would love for you all to check it out!

I'm also on Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/barn.find.apparel/

Let me know what you all think or request some designs!

Thanks!

1967 Shelby GT350/500 / Non-OEM Upgrades. What Have You Changed?
« on: July 27, 2018, 12:05:16 PM »
We used to have a thread like this on the old forum and I always thought it was nice to see what changes or upgrades some of you have made to your car.

Mine is a '67 GT350. I've added an exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, new Koni's as of last week, an aluminum radiator (until I restore my original), Pertronix Ignitor and a Flamethrower coil. Not too much. Everything else is original or correct.

What non-original upgrades have you made to your car?

Thanks Bob and JD.

Should I go ahead and paint them orange and put the winged sticker on? I can't remember if our cars came with Koni's or Gabriel's originally.

They werent Gabriels!   Gabriel may have been the vendor but they were always Fomoco or Autolite logo

Jim,

So the Koni's on your website are the ones I'm looking for?

The stance you have now is close to correct, higher in the front than the rear, if you prefer lower in the front the 1" drop will do that.  This also does wonders for the handling.  (reference the '67's template and you'll need to re-align the front end, which you probably already know.)

The new rear springs will improve the handling and bouncy-ness of old-over ached spring but yes it does get you a harder more abrupt ride over bumps & potholes.

Thanks JD. I've already added those rear springs but I'm thinking about going with something a little firmer. I probably need to replace my shocks while I'm there. How about a 5 leaf spring?

I'm just starting a suspension picture thread for information purposes. We used to have a topic like this on the old site and I think it was beneficial. Also, I changed my coil springs and leaf springs last summer but I'm not extremely happy with the stance and handling.

Here's mine with 1967-70 Coil Springs 1" Drop Small Block and Eaton ML459 Leaf Springs..... I think. Not 100% on which leaf springs I put in.

I would like to tighten up the feel. I need to do the Shelby drop in the front, which should get the front closer to where I want it. I'd like it about an inch lower in the front.

The rear is pretty bouncy. I'm open to suggestions for improving the handling.

Ignore the incorrect side stripes and pinch weld!

Feel free to add any pictures with details.
