I have a 68GT500KR in my shop and its steering box, the main the internal parts, are in terrible shape...badly worn and just not usable.
Would anybody have some NOS parts or mint pieces i can purchase, so i can get this box working properly again?
Any help or leads would be much appreciated.
Please email me ....      faulknerstevens@btinternet.com

Thank you guys, for the information and experience.
One question, i have seen some SPEC marked 3rd members on 67GT500's i have worked on, did 68KR's sometimes have those fitted as well?

I have a set of original upper and lower 67 Shelby side scoops for sale.
The lowers are functional and overall all four are in good shape. The bonding applied to join the parts together does have some splits in it and i have taken detailed pictures of all of them, which are available upon request.
Price is $1000 shipped to your address.
Any questions and photographs please email..... faulknerstevens@btinternet.com
Many thanks Alan

No problem and am glad you got what you needed.
I checked and i do have a pair of black ones from a KR. Both are in good shape, if you need them just let me know.
Also have a pair of original Valve covers from the car, if somebody needs a pair.
Best wishes
Alan

Appeals / 67GT500 Rear Springs
September 28, 2019, 03:20:19 AM
I have a pair of take-off rear springs from a late production 67GT500. They are stamped C7ZA 5556 74J, can any forum members confirm they are correct for a 67 500? and if so, do they have a value? Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks Alan
