There were 159 special paint cars. 15 cars were painted colors other than yellow.

Only 14 of those colors are known and documented. Until the information on the last car is available you cant make definitive statements...

There are nine orange cars, possible ten, painted three different shades.

There are four known cars painted WT5107. (There could potentially be five)

3397 is actually the only known four speed in that shade.

Unfortunately a lot of misinformation on these cars. Some being repeated by the ignorant in-this thread

It would not be on the build sheet. The build sheet and information on the Marti reports pertains to the car as built by Ford.

There were a few cases when cars received the incorrect colored stripes when being built. It would be pretty rare and you would need to document the car has never been resprayed or restriped.

Each color was assigned a specific colored stripe

A picture of the stripes is going to say a lot. Shoot pics of the rear quarters and door jambs

These responses encapsulate BaT to me....

I just bought the car and dont know anything about the history or restoration....

I dont have any reason to believe the previous seller (or auction) would lie to me.....

I could not find my photocopy, but here is an original.

You have to cut two square holes for the push nuts. The distance apart is the same as the holes on the bracket.

I would say a very high probability based on the casting date
