Looks like a Day Two bike.  Someone removed the chain guard.  Gonna get that corduroy bell-bottom caught!

I am guessing it is a stripped-down version of the base level Huffy Slingshot. The upgrade Slingshot had a fake springer front end to mimic the Krates.
