I think you will see a lot of big Companies do this, taking advantage of the Virus Pandemic to unload some Debt.

Now may be the time for Fiat to unload Dodge - they want to keep Jeep and Ram brands.
Ford will escape because their new profit centers Mustang Mach-E and Bronco are flying out of the dealer showrooms.

Not doom and gloom if used properly a bankruptcy filing is truly a competitive advantage.
