Have this listed with Hemmings for the widow of a buddy.  Posting here on the off chance someone here might be interested.

Lincoln 1940 Zephyr, Continental, V-12, Cabriolet, 3-speed manual, fully-restored (radio too). This Lincoln convertible, Starts easy, runs, drives, stops and shows very well. Brown interior with new carpet and matching floor matts. Trunk is finished too. Vacuum top needs some assistance to close and wipers are a bit slow. New in 2019 9v battery and voltage regulator adjusted for it.

The Serial Number H-99397 and Body number O6H56-174. The car was built March 6, 1940 and sold new in Beverly Hills, California. See copy of build sheet photo. Re-printed Reference Book (owners' manual) included.

Custom flannel-lined car cover with storage bag, tonneau cover for when top is down made from the same material as the top with storage bag. Car lives in heated garage and can store temporarily until pick-up is arranged. $68,000, Northeast Ohio.

Love these.  So much that I have a 1941.  Good luck with it.  Seems like a deal.
