The JBA 6610 long tube series is about as good as you will get. I don't know how well they will fit on a 9.5" block height 351w, but they are an excellent fit on a 289-302 deck height.

They tuck up very well and do not hang down obtrusively.

It's a stock engine. Does the GT350 use the 350W?  I have a 74 Pantera GT5S also

The '69-70 GT350 use the 351w. It's a 9.5" deck height vs the 8.2" 289-302 so using the same header raises them up and brings them closer to the shock towers.

I don't know of any of the JBA's on the '69s but having experience with those headers I'd be concerned about the clearance of the #5 tube and the Pitman arm. It's close as it is on the 302 and a 351 will just bring that tube out 1/2" to 3/4" more from the block.

I have a 73 Pantera as well with Webers and 180 headers on it.

You can't go wrong with the JBA silver ceramic 1653S for your '69-70 with a 351W.  They go in easy without fitment problems even if you're running a 4-speed.  They also sell an H-pipe that works great.  You will need to get a "drop-down" bracket it you've got power steering.  Their website recommends using the JBA z-bar, but I'm using my original z-bar with no problems.

If your using the stock clutch linkage.  I found only 2 long tube headers for that application FPA's or Hooker super comp headers. I've had both on my 69 GT350 and would definitely go with the FPA headers.  The hookers needed some pipe bashing to fit. The FPA's bolted right in no bashing the fit great and doesn't hang too low.
