#1947 factory 427 drag car

What were the headers that SA put on your car? What's on there now? The original heads are 8 bolt 427MR iron heads?

The headers on it now don't look familiar. Are they custom made?

The car is beautiful. I'm envious.  ;D

this is how I did the exhaust system, I never had the original pipes. I built all the headers with 2 1/8" pipe, 36" long primary.

I can't seem to upload any more pictures, I keep getting an "upload folder is full" error message.  I'm using original aluminum 8 bolt exhaust MR heads.

Look at that reflection in the pool of water!
"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

(I think it has black interior - just the glare from the sun making it look that way)
