What an AWESOME day!

The wife and I headed north to a town called Fredricksburg (Texas  ;)), and attended a wine / food festival; which was great in and of itself.  The best part?  We took the Carryover!  It was a beautiful Texas day (70 degrees, sunny, not a cloud in the sky); which made for an incredible drive through the Texas Hill Country.

I had to snap a picture of my beautiful bride before we left for home.

And, for those who don't know me - yes, I am blessed to have married up  ;D.
Nothing beats a classic!

Sounds like an all around good time.  And great picture.

Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

I love Fredericksburg and have been there quite of few times buying parts for my 64 Tiger.  Even bought my Tiger from Bourne, TX. After seeing your photo I had to drive my 66 Hertz up the canyon in Valencia, CA.  Cheers

It's raining heavily here in Chicagoland.  Once again, no weekend drive for me.

Good for you Ruben.  Your wife has got to be awesome putting up with all those cars of yours.
Thanks,

That’s fantastic! We actually stopped in Boerne for lunch on the way up. 👍🏻

Reviving the thread with a photo of my car.  Hopefully others will post their cars too.

Excellent photo. It contains a simple, artistic composition.

And your Shelby is another reminder of Detroit car design elements of line, mass, proportion that remain fresh today, unlike many current cars that repeat similar design elements, particularly when viewing the profile.

Let's keep it rolling. This was from the last ride of the year outside of Asheville, NC.

👍 great picture
Owned since 1971, now driven over 240,000 miles, makes me smile every time I drive it and it makes me feel 21 again.😎
