My car started sitting lower in the rear recently.  The lowering in rear started about the same time that I installed my rebuild engine that has more power than stock.

Would front 1 inch front lowering springs make it sit even? What brand and model springs have others used?  I have the original front and rear springs on the car now. Thanks

Oh, and do it, even if the dirty diaper stance is "correct"   ;)

Thanks.  Lol!

Good looking car!
Even though the purists will cringe, I recommend the Shelby/Arning control arm relocation while you're at it.
Every post I make comes with an implied request for corrections. I'm here to learn.

Thanks for the compliment on the car.  I have a no-drill policy on this Shelby - it is too-original and rust-free.

As someone mentioned before the higher in the front stance is the way the car came from the factory. Love it or hate it.

The Going Thing

I am running the TC 1" lower springs and I have the Arning Drop. The car feels much more stable. However, I did decide to put the spring spacer in with the spring because after they settle it is about 1.5" lower.  You'll be happy with the TC springs. Be sure to replace the spring perches as well.

Thanks for the feedback.  I will have to see if my kyb gas a just shocks are a good match for the TC spring rates.

I think there was a roller bearing style spring perch offered for sale by VA Mustang.  I might get a pair of those but will have to research them.

Mike, I am running the roller perches too. The lowered car with the Arning drop should have them.
