Hoping someone can tell me what the "P" stands for under wheels, item 21, section 'B"

Thanks in advance.

My car has 2 build sheets and under wheels the box is blank. Is this normal.

Yes, its a procedural change in how the sheets were filled out. Same wheels

Maybe the "P" is for painted instead of plain?
