Just for later searches about the car because it´s "special"

https://www.ebay.de/itm/1967-Shelby-GT500-Coupe-/203098891799?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&nma=true&si=%252FcslvLwob0onaN2vN1li82pbPsM%253D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc

Looks like not much has changed since it was up for sale in 2014

;D yes day 2 is nice or also doing something that has never done before like my 67 race car I build which looks like a shelby but was a plain mustang fastback before. But taking a GT500 and mod it so wild really sucks.

I was searching on one of the Shelbys I used to own and this thread came up.  Looks like a typo on the car number ... GT 500 1967 No. 01226, should have been No 01266 according to VIN.  I used to own 01226. (67410F5U-01226)  1967 GT-500.  427 w/weber carbs.  Original engine was sold with the car.  It was painted black from original moss green.  Parchment interior.  Note the personal tag VETEATR.  Last I saw it was for sale in central Florida several years ago with the original 428 back in the car.
