That is tough to see...
"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

I'm thinking we have seen those pictures here before, maybe as far back as saacforum 1.0

NASCAR-like straps on the back window and upper scoop lights?

Interesting.

Couple more pics for you but can't tell if 4 speed or not ,there's over 200 comments I went through all of them and couldn't find any other info on it except it's in NY somewhere.

Those straps on the rear window that propayne mentioned, and also has clips on the front wind shield, the upper scoop lights are

only on the drivers side, maybe a signalling system ? I would guess that it was raced on track at some point ? ? ?

Mike

Maybe something like this ? just for reference !

Coralsnake, my file for this one says W.S. Brewer, '68 Shelby, is it a Shelby ? I have one other photo of the car from a race

program.

One last pic same angle but closer up & maybe a clue the rear plate placard looks to be from Champion like Champion spark plugs logo , Like I said I went through all 236 comments and there's no clue as to where it's located except NY however ,I did just send a private message to the guy who posted the pictures I'll let you know if I hear anything back

If we find out what trans it had and if it had ac? We can probably figure out the numbers.

Not really concerned with buying it.

Funny commentaries about "I'm saving it for my grandson" and so on, but sadly, such owners actually say this stuff and believe themselves when they say it. There is no introspection, no self-appraisal.
"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"
