Was it recently, was it in the distant past, is it still occurring. How was the loss qualified? Was the car running and driving at the time of loss of use? If not, then the loss of use will be harder to prove, as the car was inoperable, and therefore, use would be subjective as to what type of use it could have in it's inoperable state. Quite a bit remains unknown, and only you can fill in those blanks for us to potentially offer a truly educated response.
