I guess it's raining 31k mile dark moss green GT500's at the moment but check out the weird placement of the tire pressure sticker on this one ,it's listed on Hemmings https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/dealer/shelby/gt500/2459527.html#&gid=1&pid=25

First time I have ever seen that.  It is highly unlikely IMO that placement was done at SA or on the Ford line where it typically was installed .
It normally would be in the glove box. Nice car and maybe original miles but not much of a time capsule from what I see in the pictures like the mileage might suggest. That calls into question the credibility of if the sticker was placed in that location originally . It doesn't really even make sense to cover up the deluxe trim like that.

I believe my dads Dark Moss car(591)was in the group when made, with this one and wonder why they were finished so far behind schedule. Dads was finished at Ford Jan 11th, 20 days behind.  Any one know the reason?  Interesting that dads Ford VIN is over 10,000 units before this one, but dads Shelby number is later.

Ford VIN numbers were not assigned sequentially by the computer. Not unusual at all.

As far as why the plant was behind schedule could have to with a lot of different things. Such as supply issues with parts or labor
