69 GT 500 license plate light housing

Does anyone have an original GT that could post a close up picture of the outer lens housing of the license plate lights? My car did not have any when I bought it, and I am trying to find something close to the originals. Thank you

These of June car with 62 k miles never restored

c4tz stamped  as they came from old ford pickup rear bumper tag lites in 64 and up and were chrome then in 68 c8tz ford painted them black  and used them on 69 shelbys.
