 I would not mind having a lime green 67 if the paint job looked like that

Thats the best I have seen that colour on any 67

This just shows, when done right, a lime green hubcap car can look as good as any.

  Here is a good question about 67 Paxton cars:  The text in Mustang Times indicated that the Paxton cars all were equipped with inboards.  Is this true?

Assuming you are referring to only factory completed cars, most were inboards, but not all.
A couple were built after mid May that probably had outboard grille lights. At least one, #2354 had outboards.

There is likely one dealer installed car with outboards as well. Also completed after mid May 1967.
