I just took out one of my plugs to change them and its a Autolite Platinum AP 45, good enough to use same or would double Patinum or even Iridium xp be better to use? Thoughts?  Out of a 67 GT-500.

Most of these cars are driven occasionally in normal conditions, normal speeds, normal temps etc. Theres no real need to go with the pricey stuff, when what ever is on sale will do. So plugs, gas, filters, oil etc will do just fine. I have some friends that feel better spending more on those items like 18.00 gallon of gas when 2.50 gallon will do the trick as well. Go with your gut feeling of what you need.

I was in need of new plugs. Saw an ad for the new, at the time, platinum plugs. " You ll feel the difference from the first start".
Yep I did, took 3x as long to start.

It wasn t false advertising, just not accurate for my situation.
