Pretty fun, including his 289 Cobra at the end of part 1, and his '66 Hertz at the beginning of Part 2.

He needs to sell that Bronco he dislikes so much to me.

I agree!  I found the last minute 'voice overs' correcting the car's details annoying at best.

I like Tim Allen, but something seemed off. Very distracted or something. Felt like he needed to apologize for having a building for his collection by downgrading it.

Or at least that is how I took it.

Agreed that he sounded distracted or something.  How about some specs on the cars. Tim?

He "learned all about the engine" in the '51 Caddy, but then didn't even say it's a 331. And the Stromberg triple carbs were not factory.  Neither was vinyl upholstery.

I spent a little bit of time with Tim, back in the day, and he never seemed to be the intense car guy that Leno is.  Just my $.02.

He couldn't pronounce "Hertz" - he said "Hurst" twice......

Distracted:  He kept apologizing about noise and something about being under the flight path I think (I only watched the "Hurst" and the Cobra parts).  I found him stopping to await the "noise" to stop, more annoying!  He's big time entertainer, mic-up and ignore the airplanes or trains or what ever he was hearing.
Pirating!  Corporate take-over without the paperwork

Usually someone owns something because they are very passionate about it, His tastes are all over the map and he doesnt appear to know very much about most of them. I guess he could call Jay to answer his questions. He has a lot of money and seemingly lacking passion, he really seemed off watching this... Weird. :(
