Since rarity of red interiors was mentioned I think it is relevant to mention that rare does not always equate to desirable. In this case desirability most likely had something to do with way there were not more.

While I agree desirability and rarity don’t always go together, that is a separate question I’m not asking here.
(Just the facts Maam)

My only question left, still unanswered, is the specifics of which paint colors were produced on ’69 -’70 Shelby’s with red interiors.
It appears it is not a well known answer and the registrar might be the only one who knows for certain.

If we were talking ’69-’70 Mustangs, red interiors in a Wimbledon White car was the second most popular interior color produced…
yet in a Shelby, it seem to be in very limited numbers.

I don't think that a white with blue stripe Shelby would clash with a red interior at all  ::) Vinnie Liska is the only one that I am aware that has access to the 69/70 Shelby records. If you ask anyone else the best you can expect is a educated guess based on what is known.

Any owner of the specific paint / interior color who has purchased a Marti report (Ford Records) might have part of the answer.
I’ve already determined there were over 30 white fastbacks built in one of these model years and single digits were produced for Candy-apple red cars in that same year...from sales ads with Marti reports included.

The info is out there. I just thought it was better known and shared 50+ years after production.
We know the metrics for the ’67 Shelby’s very well for all the paint / interior color combos.

A long long time ago Vinny gave me the break down of my vert. Right down to the number of 4 speed white top black interior red cars made so I would say Vinny has the exact number of them on file.

Thank You Mongo!  :)

That registry page certainly helps to confirm red interiors were available in both '69 & '70...along with some metrics.
Ford records (Marti reports) from some sale ads are helping to fill in the details of other questions that I have.
Pastel gray paint appears to be the one color that is very hard to find any Marti for. I'll keep looking.
