They sure look cinched down quite hard on the chassis, Rather than strapped on the tyres.

Thanks Guys, The info i got was these are one Gentleman's cars that were heading across the Nullarbor from Adelaide to Perth (2700 klm) for the Mustang Nationals a couple of weeks ago.
I would hate to be the one who has to clean all the dust and bugs off them to show them
