Tach not working

And yes, it was Phil that rebuilt my tach. Great guy.
He has already offered for me to send it to him and he will check it for any issues.
I thought I would ask here first before I take things apart.
As things will sometimes happen, I have to pull the instrument cluster anyway because my open headers burned my speedometer cable this morning! Oh well, we just keep busting through brush.

Phil took my regular Mustang instrument cluster plus a new bezel and built a beautiful Shelby instrument cluster for my tribute.  Also highly recommend him.

Phil is repairing and restoring my Fairlane dash tach now. He has done three '65 tachs for me. Beautiful work and great guy.
