Caveat emptor

Why would someone want to use a different name on distinct forms except to hide? A few include Greg500 (fordfe.com), Greg (boss302.com)," Purolator has denied my claim. No surprise there. There position is poorly packaged and " they are not responsible ". So it seems it is still a ' buyer beware ' market place, even on the SAAC web site, and the unwary need an occasional reminder ?
