Ford Mustang Trans Am racing front brakes
« on: January 16, 2022, 03:15:22 PM »
I have for sale a Ford Mustang Trans Am front brake set-up.

These Ford OEM four piston caliper were made for 60's Galaxie, Thunderbird and Lincoln applications and were used on the factory Mustang Trans Am cars in the 60's/70's and are commonly used today in period correct vintage racing.

The calipers come with semi metallic pads and the stainless steel cross-over tubes and stainless steel pad clips/retainers.

And the Ford OEM vented rotors are the stock 1.25" thick by 12" diameter.

All are new and never used.

Please see pics.

I am asking $400.00 plus $50.00 shipping or a reasonable offer.

Cheers
Greg

Do have the special brackets that adapt the calipers to the spindles?

I do not have the caliper brackets. They are available from various aftermarket sources.

The calipers and rotors I have were shelf stock spares.

" Do they work with the stock master cylinder?" What car? What size master cylinder?

I know they worked for a 69 Boss 302 Mustang.
