But currently residing  two blocks away from the Dakota and Stawberry fields

I went to school on W70 St., right off of Broadway. Lennon and Yoko had just moved in.  Look at the map where the Dakota is and Stawberry Fields is  right across from it.

Book titles are among the list of things that can't be copyrighted. Titles aren't considered intellectual property but are only "short phrases," which are not eligible to be copyrighted.

So Ms. Tubman can file her suit.  And when she loses, I will file my own suit against her estate for malicious prosecution and for filing frivolous pleadings.
