Scammers on the site?

I'm almost 100% sure a newbie user was trying to scam me for money. He contacted me about a part I've been looking for in the wanted section and said a friend of his had it, put me in contact with the guy. After a few back and forth emails and the guy saying he was old and was technically challenge and said he could post any pictures via email, but assured me the part was clean and good, sent me Venmo info, which didn't match his name or email and just to send him the money and he'd ship it out.

Pretty scammy to me, be careful.

Well, I didn't want to say just incase, but since you asked, the user was Luven and the person he turned me onto was Grant Adams (binghamgrant2@gmail.com).

Just seemed awfully fishy to me after digging a little, and would have been a decent amount of money to be scammed out of.

Yes, Randy, I still love you too!   By the way, the parts did finally arrive the other day, I guess when you said "I'll ship them out, Saturday", you didn't say which Saturday!🤣.  Thanks again!

I received two responses from the above mentioned member regarding two different WTB posts. I did not respond to either and assumed they were bogus....Worded the same as mentioned...

You could have some fun.  I googled his email and the page below came up.  It ells his IP address and other emails from that IP address.  Says he's in Italy.

Now it's been confirmed! user "Luven" is a scammer, do not get scammed!

He sent me this image, did a reverse image search because it sure looked familiar to me. Check out the website...
