Dan Healy from Classic Car Radio Service (CCRS) in California completely restored my 1966 AM/FM F6TBZ radio. Then a company up in Minnesota Iverson Automotive did all the rechroming to the pot metal radio parts (face, knobs and buttons) prior to having CCRS rebuild the radio 12 years ago. It was expensive then, over $1000.00 then ($540 SVS, $500+ chrome work) but the results were amazing.

Again, that was 12 years ago… I don’t know if he’s still doing them.

Cheers,
