There are several real Batmobiles. There is always the hero car for closeups then one for interior shots another for sliding around plus any extras the production company deems they may need in order not to risk a delay in production due to crashed or malfunctioning car. They would rather spend $100,000 on another prop car than risk shutting down for even a day.
