This is a Scam!

The scammer sent me a photo of the Title.
The title is for car# 2593 500KR that the registry shows being in Germany and past history.

Scammer story: Wife inherited from father, the car has been untouched since early 80's.
Was given address to see the car. Googled address the house was for sale.
I contacted the selling realtor, he contacted owner of the property which knew nothing about the car.

Scammer wanted me to send deposit to hold the car for me until I got there today.
I wonder how many people send him the 1,000 dollars, he wanted sent to his phone by Cashapp or Google Pay.

PR  I live in Monterey was given a time and address in Bakersfield (listed for sale @ 1.2 Mil ) to view the car. Several others would be there also. He was waiting for a deposit that he had not received yet to hold. If i would send 1K  i would be first in line. If did not like the car he would give me my 1K back. I had already talk to the realtor for the house and looked up the Vin in the registry showed being a KR out of the country. So i just kept leading him on to see what info i could get.  The scammers are getting smarter. I wonder how many sent him 1k
