1968 GT500 Car FS Craigslist
« on: June 14, 2022, 06:10:52 PM »
Does anyone recognize these photo's used on Craigslist Ad.

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/pts/d/port-costa-1968-ford-mustang-gt500/7495839089.html

This is a Scam!

The scammer sent me a photo of the Title.
The title is for car# 2593 500KR that the registry shows being in Germany and past history.

Scammer story: Wife inherited from father, the car has been untouched since early 80's.
Was given address to see the car. Googled address the house was for sale.
I contacted the selling realtor, he contacted owner of the property which knew nothing about the car.

Scammer wanted me to send deposit to hold the car for me until I got there today.
I wonder how many people send him the 1,000 dollars, he wanted sent to his phone by Cashapp or Google Pay.

I will eventually identify where he stole the pictures from , but # 2593 is a GT500 KR. The car in the pictures is definitely not a KR.

Here's the car # 2593

Some where some one is driving their collector car for the last time but they don't know it . Drive your car every time like it could be the last memory of it .
