Were ALL 1965 R Cars White when they arrived at SAI from Ford?  I was told that TWO were Blue.

They were all white from the Ford to SA.
The two you were referred to are likely the 5r105 Donahue car and the 5r100 Krinner car. They were repainted blue in later seasons.
