At reply #38 from 67-1183, the brown colored 68 Mustang with white vinyl top shows up in a lot of the Adam-12 episodes.

Matter of fact, I believe Malloy is driving it in one episode that I've seen.

Yep, that was Malloy's car in an episode or two.

Later on, the 'Stang was gone and he was driving a '74 Oleg Cassini edition Matador...yuk. (Thanks to AMC product placement, I'm sure.)

Mike, if you would not have told me that the car you posted was in a movie. I would have sworn it was one of the local cars back in the day in Miami. Even the angle of the pictures are almost the same.

1965 Mustang convertible in Dennis DeYoung's music video, "Desert Moon"(1984)

Dennis comes back home to the sleepy little town that he grew up in, uncovers his fully restored '65 vert, lays on the hood a lot and then shows everyone how drinking and driving should be done.  Gotta love the '80s.  :o

Please excuse the pictures from the TV, again  :) If its too much , I can move it to its own thread.
Filming commenced on 16 February 1965 for Thunderball - a  British spy film and the fourth in the James Bond series

This Convertible needed to get modified by Holman & Moody , like the pace cars haha

Looks like dog dish hubcaps where in style back then Non HiPo fairlane.

Of course these pics would not be complete without one of Bonds famous one liners:
