As we've discussed already on the forum, 1966 Shelby GT350H in Steven Spielberg's War of the Worlds remake, 2005.  NC Trackrat has the full story on it, as he used to own the car.

It's the scene right after the end of the chase. Bullitt is getting a ride back to the police garage in the back seat of an unmarked Ford 4-door. The next scene is McQueen asking for another car and is told they're are no more cars... as the chief rides out in a car.

Never knew there was a Shelby in that movie. Someone has sharp eyes!
