I just noticed in the SAAC Regestry that starting 4/30/1969 that the tires were Changed to F60x15's from the E70x15's, does anybody know why? My car build date was 1/8/1969 and the Marti report says it was equipped with Goodyears and the registry say it had E70s.
Thanks

The E 70's are Goodyear. Just smaller then F 60 . The change had to do with beefier suspension better suited for the extra load that engineers thought that the wider F 60's would put on the front suspension.
