Quote from: gt350hr on June 22, 2018, 11:56:14 AM Yes. Randy ,is correct but only on 67 GT350's with thermactor (not many of those) got the base with the large nipple for the hose coming off the breather cap like all 65/66 GT350's. The rest of 67 GT350 production run came with a open emission air cleaner base. The assemblyline type open emmision base came with one small 1/8 nipple that was plugged. It was located in the same area that the larger nipple was located on at . I believe we have discussed this before after the big crash.

If I read this correclty, this is the correct base for a 67 GT350, correct? If so, would it have a 7A date stamp?
Quote from: silverton_ford on January 23, 2020, 01:41:12 PMCorrect non thermactor 67 GT350 air cleaner base. The bases I have seen still on 67 GT350's and of the ones that I have been able to make out since some ether didn't have stamps or were eligible have had a earlier date code for whatever reason.

I have one of these with no date and painted the same gold color. I was confused with it not having a date stamping. Is there any difference between an early car and a late car? Did all non-thermacor 67 GT350's get this base?
