How about a 1969 GT500 Convertible Gulfstream Aqua with white interior?

Thanks,

I was noticing some of the factory paint daubs were missing.Kidding too.

Awesome job and I really like all the fine details.

Very kind of everyone to share your compliments. Thank You.

Texas Swede / Keith Littleton,
The gold decals in the kit are not very close to the factory color. They are more of a gold brown color. Because of that, I avoided Gulfstream Aqua and Red body paint colors (the kit only has the Cobra Jet engine, no GT350 engine option or decals). Many years ago I built a '70 Gulfstream Aqua sportsroof but used white stripes, since I didn't know any better. Also have a '69 Grabber Orange sportsroof as well.

I thought about adding some more of the paint marking/ daubs, but then I recall our forum judge members always saying its better to leave them off than to  guess or copy a car that might be wrong". So until see a trusted concours car with the drag pack, I'll hold off on those.

Now that I have a '69 and a "70 in both body styles built, I'm moving back to earlier years. I really want a better '68 Shelby Fastback. Been thinking about the Acapulco Blue styling / ad car. Also really want to get to the last of the four '66 GT350 convertibles in Ivy Green done. The list goes on and on...
