Ha, that's a funny caption! There's no way they would send the cars to Sebring like that.

Notice the cars don't have any of the painted color panels to help ID them during the race.
Maybe this photo was taken after a long practice session...in the rain!

You're right!
I zoomed in on the photo and there is a hint of the fluorescent red on the drivers/left side of the nose of the 98.

There are photos of the driver side door and the nose with and without the fluorescent color ID panels (96-blue/orange, 97-blue, & 98 red)
It is very possible they did not put the color ID panels on the passenger side doors at all.
They would not be seen when running the banked oval section of the track or coming in the pits.
