Pic from around 1930 of my wife's young father, her grandfather, great grandfather and great grandmother. Chevy dealership that ran from 30's to mid 90's. Prior to the Chevy dealership her great grandfather horsetraded Ford Model T's and cattle. Dealership, more correctly the barns, were located in the northern Catskill mountains of upstate NY.

propayne, some more Cougar stuff for you ! Here's a number of photos from Wheelspin magazine, from Toronto, Canada about the

new '67 Cougar. The photos were taken at Star Mercury on Dufferin Street in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I love the language in the

copy  in the photo of the interior, is that an XR-7 ? what is that radar sentry they talk about ? some early radar detector ?

It says the car has a 390, has a GT badge on the front fender. Also has '66 plates, when was the '67 Cougar released ?

Cool find!   Bottom photo:  Optical illusion, or is the fitment of the grille and headlight doors horrible?  I see in the straight-on front shot it appears better, but still not great.   (I know, that's how they built them.  )

Probably the headlight doors need adjusting.  Had to do that on my '67 XR7 a couple of times.
