Latest "American Pickers" episode included a made-for-TV barn find of 67GT500 #1956.  Some closeups of tail light cutouts, empty engine bay, missing dash, and roll bar.  Repeated story that is in the Registry of theft and storm damage.

Passed on the $75K asking price after being told by an informed friend that it would take another $100K to make it presentable and then only be valued at $175 anyway.  There was a discussion about making drivable for $20-30k and then be a "Joe Dirt Special," not familiar with that terminology.
