Might have been here before ?Tammy Sanders, '70 Mustang, Summit Point, mid '70s(photo:no credit)Actually, that is Joyce Sanders. The car was a 70 Mach 1 that she, her husband Calvin and Calvin Jr built in their backyard in Chesapeake VA with help from a bunch of local autocross and SCCA folks. At one point it had a Boss 302 engine, later a built up 289 (parts of the Boss 302 ended up in my 70 Boss 302). She and Calvin Jr ran it in SCCA GT-1 until the mid-80s, then autocrossed it until the early 90s. She sold it to a vintage racer in FL around 1995. She and Calvin Jr also autocrossed her 68 GT350 convertible from the mid 70s until around 2005 or 06 (she also drove that car in the SAAC-31 open track at VIR in 06).Dave

Gee, a similar to that exhaust plumbing effort would make my GAA engine conversion in my '55 T-Bird easier; but even without an engineering degree I figured that such would be............. 'undesirable'! Scott.
