A friend of mine who has a XR7-G show unit that was on display at the 1968 Hemisfair in Texas has been conducting research and came across this site:

http://digital.utsa.edu/cdm/

Some of you historians, when you have time, might want to poke around there. I believe there were some Shelbys on display too.

Here is a pic my friend found of his G. It was on display in the Ford Pavilion.

Look to the far left and it looks like a MkIV was there.

Saw this pic in the prints for sale section.

Anyone have info on this Shelby - a '67 outfitted for competition?

Sebring?

When I think back when I first started skateboarding they were wood decks with clay wheels. Things have sure changed- ;D

Circa 1976. A picture of my car, 6S281 on the right. 6S282 on the left in Albuquerque New Mexico where they were both sold new at Richardson Ford. My buddy David bought 282 from the original owner, we were quite shocked to find they were consecutive serial number cars. I would love to know where 282 is today.
6S281, in my family from 1972-1983. Back home January 2017, will not leave again!

Why was the GT 350 removed from 282?
