That is a clay styling design model covered in Nyloc to simulate a painted surface.
taken in Ford's Styling Studio sometime around Nov ~ Dec 1965.

photo #1 & 2 are also in the Ford Design Studio, same clay model, #3 is J-1 build at Kar Kraft.
