This looks like it might be Jeff Burgy and his wife.  I am going to guess it is 6S1206.  If it is, I drove this car back in circa 1985 when if was for sale for $9000.

In the image below, the car was actively being campaigned in local autocross.  It was not in storage like the "Bring a Trailer ad description says. I am not sure the owner at the time knew the car was an ex-rental or not.  I can't remember either.  You can see the car's heritage as a GT350H was obscured by the absent gold stripes, replace with blue and no "H".  When I drove the car, it was quite impressive, further cementing my desire to get a 66 GT350.  I passed on the car because of the rust the Bring a Trailer ad talks about.  The car looks great now and I hope to see it running at a vintage race event again.
