Hayward Ford, board says that is the Cosby Cobra. Is that the one with the hickey on the hood,  that he talks about on the record  album ?

1117 original owner back in 67 or 68 (his best guess) displaying a drag racing trophy. 1117 still has remnants of the tow hooks on her.

Goin threw my old pics today.
September, 1964 New 65 convertible. This started my Shelby convert sickness. 289/auto. Then went to a 68 Fastback 302/4 speed. Oct 69 a new 70 Mach 1 Cobra Jet Drag Pack.

I see the front grille horse delete on the 68. Did you remove it or a previous owner?  Gives it the Bullitt look ;D

Ya I took it off. Had a Cobra intake an carb from the 65 I put on it. Wife used it for her driver till 1972. Amazing the stuff we have had over the years back then. To bad we didn't have camera phones  ;D
